1. Bibimbap

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 100g minced beef

  3. Rinse the cabbage well after salting.
  4. Coat the cabbage with the seasoning paste until evenly distributed.
  5. Place the kimchi in an airtight container and leave it at room temperature for 2 days to ferment.

  2. In another pot, mix chili paste, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and water.
  3. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes until thickened.
  4. Add the rice cakes to the sauce and cook for another 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.

  • Serve in a deep bowl or plate, garnished with sesame seeds and green onion.
